Executive Search

Together with the client we specify the skills profile that suits the client’s business needs.

Diverse search strategies are used to find the potential individuals matching the skills profile. These strategies include the executive search consultant’s own industry network, other consultants’ expert networks , Personnel and Eezy expert networks and public free and paid data sources.

The consultant in charge provides the candidate with a realistic view of the task and fosters the client’s employer image.

Projects can be carried out with a public search grant.

Media search

Media search is used for recruitment projects when public visibility is needed to seek the most extensive group of active applicants possible.

The visibility will be tailored for each search channel. The advertisement will be published widely across different online channels and, if necessary, also in the print media.

We create an attractive employer image associated with the task and reach even those experts, who are not actively seeking new employment.

Personal Assessment

The purpose of the personal assessment is to survey the key success factors in the job, which are otherwise difficult to perceive or assess. The assessment is always carried out by one of our psychologists, who are specialised in personal assessment.

Personal assessment provides an in-depth understanding of the individual’s strengths, potential and targets for development.

Outplacement services

The purpose of the service is to find an individual solution for the dismissed employees – a new job, becoming a student, self-employment, sabbatical leave, retirement… the coached person decides.

Together with the client we design and implement a suitable service for the target groups . The service content can be freely specified, but Eezy’s solid experience guides the design and implementation.

The service is genuinely individual, as the service path and objectives are determined according to the coached person’s personal situation and labour market situation. Eezy provides the prerequisites for moving forward in life.

Outplacement services can be supplemented with various other services that develop expertise and self-knowledge. Our experts will be happy to present suitable additional services for different target groups.
